Mod mamager not automatically downloading mopds

After this last update, I've subscribed my server to some mods on to the server we get stuck at the "Preparing to download mods" screen. I got to work, i'm not a dev just a community admin, so its at your own risk! Also under the setting menu there's a mod manager which allows us to uninstall the mod.
